PROCEDURE AND DEPOSITS
Initial consultation and design planning - no charge
Card / stationary design and samples are free, though a £20 deposit is required - this will be deducted from your final invoice.
Design samples will be amended to your requirements, as many times as necessary at no additional cost.
Approved samples must be signed and returned to us before your order can be produced
Once the final copy is approved, we will confirm all costs in writing. Should you wish to proceed with your order payment in full is required at this stage. Please allow a minimum of six weeks from payment, for your order to be produced
Orders may be collected, delivered or posted - your requirements can be discussed at the point of ordering (postal charges may apply)

Important information - we will make every effort to ensure your details are correct before production of your order. No liability can be accepted for errors or omissions which have been approved by the customer

DISCOUNTS
A discount of 10% may apply to all wedding invitations, when ordered with a wedding cake.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES
All stationery based on personalised photographs are subject to a minimum order of 10 units, with the exception of products within the price code L.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may be made by:
Cash, Personal cheque - supported by and to the value of a valid cheque guarantee card or a Building Society cheque

ALTERATIONS TO ORDERS
Every effort will be made to accommodate late amendments but this can not be guaranteed

DELIVERY / POSTAGE
Postal / delivery charges may apply to your order - if so this will be advised within the written confirmation of costs. Our policy is to use a recorded signed for Royal Mail delivery service. Ordinary postage can be used if you request, though no responsibility will be taken for items lost in transit.

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, work already completed is chargeable

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We will make every possible effort to produce stationery and favours that exceed your expectations. However, due to material availability, some cards shown from our range may no longer be available.
Within each card, there may be some slight natural variance resulting from the fact that each card is individually hand made. At all times we will endeavour to delight you with our quality of products and service
We reserve the right to future use of any stationery design following supply of your order
Occasionally samples may be used for demonstration purposes - please let us know if you do not wish your stationery to be used in this way
